Could you please recommend an Electrical Contractor to have service such as installing a ceiling light/fan, having extra outlets in the car garage, and replacing the thermostat for the heat pump?

Does anybody have a contractor to recommend to clean air duct in your home? We are living in Centreville, VA.

I like to replace the first floor carpet with hardwood floor. I like some recommendations of:
What kind of materials are better? (Maples, Oak, Birth, Beech, Cherry etc. )
What's the advantage/disvantage of Engineered or Floating/Lock compared to classic/traditional nailed down floor?
Which company are you recommend if you have experiences? Or Which one you don't recommend?
What's price range is popular except the material? $2.5, $4, $6 per sq. ft?
Wha's the good brand name for the materials?
