HCS Information Exchange

Situated in 金山商场 right off Little River Turnpike in Annandale, this little restaurant is very unique. It has various Taiwan-style small dishes and excellent noodles and 面食 (包子，葱油饼，锅贴，手抓饼，馅饼，etc). The food is very fresh and delicious. The price is extremely reasonable. But the place is small, and during lunch and dinner hours, you may have to share a table with others. They only accept cash.

If you like authentic home-style economic Chinese food, this is simply the best place in Northern VA, which, unlike Maryland, doesn't have many good Chinese restaurants. There is also a 半亩园 Beijing. Though it's decorated better, its food isn't nearly as good at all.
