Contact Info: 703-430-3334This is a great auto shop in Herndon/Reston/Great Falls/Sterling area. Their quality of service is excellent, their price is very very reasonable. They are honest - only do what's necessary. I think they only do American and Japanese cars. But if you have a European vehicle, you should check with them first before go there. BTW, they are always very busy. So you need to call them to make appointment. (4 votes) |
Used them before, wonderful service and resonable price
Few years back, one of my colleagues recommended them to me. I used them once not long after that. At that time, they only do domestic cars. Heard they have changed that tradition recently.
One other thing, they have summer holidays! The shop closes for 2 weeks in summer, not many people is doing that :-) Their parking lot is always half filled, if not full.
Most importantly, they tell you what you need to do and NOTHING more.
Free of charge
My Benz had some noise when driving. I went to HBL and was told this should be a body shop work. I stopped by Dranesville Auto, someone took a look and fixed for me in a few minutes. I was trying to pay but was told that no charge for this. I was amazed with the result. They are definitely wonderful.

Used to go to dealers for car maintenence. But only go to this place now. Saves big bucks!
They are taking all import cars now
A while ago, Dranesville auto only repaired domestic cars. Now, they are taking all import cars now. I took all my three foreign cars to them and their price is a lot cheaper than what I paid at the dealers. I felt that they are very honest. The only down side is that it takes a few days wait time. If you have any urgent issue and don't have a spare car, it could be tough to schedule.
